Impersonation question

I have an intranet application that uses impersonation.
It seems after the session ends, the access token is lost
and I get an Access Denied error when trying to load the
page again. The only way to resolve this issue is for the
user to reboot the pc. Is there a way to have the user
log back on to the system using windows authentication
when the sessino ends so this error does not occur?
