I am relatively new to ASP.Net programming and I am wonder what the process
for importing the application to start manipulating it in VS.Net?
The steps that I take are the following:
1. I unzip the code which has been provided.
2. I open a blank asp.net web application
3. All the folders which I find in the "unzipped" copy, I go into the
solution explorer and create those folder (except for the bin folder)
4. I copy all of the files in the "unzipped" copy into the appropriate
folder.
5. I then try to compile and run the application.
Is this the "appropriate" process to follow?
Are there files that I should not copy? Should I copy the bin and the obj
folder?
Do I need to re-establish references, as it seems that when I follow this
process I am not getting the references copied over.
