Hi,
Can I post a XML file or data to a site with .NET?

Yes, you could put any text in a hidden text box and post it to any public
web page.
Additionally, you can post it from the server or you can post it from the
client.

You can post to another web site using the WebRequest object.

Here's a couple examples:
