following error occur

"Cannot execute a program. The command being executed was
"c:\winnt\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322\vbc.ex e"
@"C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Tempo rary ASP.NET
Files\spi2\7613e512\f0c222a1\hsregw_t.cmdline". "

then i removed runat="server" from simple.aspx. its work fine in web
server. i dont understand why its like this. but we should use
runat="server"!!!!

please help me to solve this problem. How to deploy the aspx pages in

It seems your server is trying to run the compiler
(vbc.exe) but is not able to do so.
What is your web server ?
Do you have the framework installed on the server ?
Check permission also.
