Hi gudipati,

Theoretically this should be simple but in practise it is not.

There are a host of third-party components out there that you can purchase for use on your site, both in Javascript (such as the rich text editor used on this site) or as ActiveX controls for use in ASP (subject to third-party licensing agreements etc. etc.) but there is no quick-fix for what you are after.
However, a lot of ASP.NET rich text box code is available on the Net, I just tried Googling "ASP rich text box" and came up with a host of results particularly geared at .NET solutions. Maybe you could look at obtaining some of this code and then using a borderless <iframe> to contain the rich text box ASP.NET page?

Failing that, it's the long hard slog of working out how to either a) break someone else's code without breaching licenses and copyright laws or b) hand-code it yourself, which is a fairly tall order in anyone's books.

Best regards,
