set BR = CreateObject("BinaryReader.Reader") returns Microsoft VBScript runtime erro

4 New Member
Title says is. Source code is:

set BR = CreateObject("BinaryReader.Reader")
set BR.Request = Request

Have .net, asp,net installed and dll's have read privs.
Server.createobject works fine, it's just I suspect the msccorlib calls.
Seems to be an install or config issue. It's a brand new, vanilla windows 2003 Enterprise server w/ IIS/.net 3

Any popinters would be appreciated.

Thanks.
