Secure Server Redirection

I am having some trouble understanding the way to secure my web pages. My SSL CERT is installed on my server but im not sure on how to change the codes to redirect https://. Can anyone get me headed in the right direction, please?????????

Which type of web server are you currently using? IIS/Apache? Take care.

Im going to use IIS but i have to find my Windows XP CD - ROM cause when i went to add IIS it told me there was a file missing and to get it off the CD - ROM.
