COPYING A FILE TO CLIENT SIDE

how can i copy i file from server to client side ... any solution or can it
be?

You can't force a file on a client. You can present it to him, then he
makes the choice of whether to accept it.

Use this header:

Response.AddHeader "Content-Disposition", "attachment;
filename="<something.txt>"

Then send the file down. The header tells the browser to ask the user
where to save the file, rather than to try to display it. (Use an
approriate value where I've used <something.txt>, that will be the
default filename value in the "Save As" box.)
