Finding IP group in ASP

Hi,
I'd like to know how to find an IP group in ASP, for example, how to check if the IP is 67.91.*.*, meaning if the IP begins with the first two parts of what i choose.
For example:

If Request.ServerVariables("REMOTE_ADDR") = "67.91.*.*" Then
Response.redirect "blah.com"
