Check Existence of File using VBScript in ASP page

Is there a way to check if a file exist using VBScript in an ASP page.
So the code might go something like this:

If Exists("C:\Junk\1.txt") then
Do something
Else
Do something else
End If

Thx,
Scott Buerkley
