Create page index for an access report

I am trying to create a page index for an access report. The sample posted on the web couldn't be down load. any one has an example would like to share?

They're referring to a ToC (Table of Contents) Twinny.

This is REALLY old code; however, it has worked for me in the past - I haven't used it recently so there maybe some kinks for ACC2013+ .

The article is based on the old Northwinds.mdb; however, it will work in most Access databases. Be sure you try this on a backup copy of your database first!

I have not used this code in a very long time so reviewing this information now I would most likely modify the Function InitToc code so that it doesn't rebuild the delete action query everytime the code runs and just build the SQL in vba and db.execute it directly from code to avoid the bloat in the database.
