print a ms-access 2007 report on an image in memory

Hi,
We print our clients particulars or details on pre-printed template (reams of pre-printed paper)using ms-access 2007 report which is linked to a query and tables.

Now we do not want to use the template but, rather to load image of template (a copy of template in pdf format or some adobe format or something) and print the report directly to it by merging that image and the access report in memory for the printer to render.

Would that be a possibility?

I would be grateful if we could discuss and find a solution.
Thanks in advance for taking time to look at my question.

Unless you are referring to a logo, I'm not suggesting putting the image of the template on the report, but rather recreating the different parts using the controls available to you. For example, if you have lines as part of the template, then put some lines on your report to match.

The only way that I know of to do this would be to incorporate the template into your report design so that it all prints at once.

Hi,
Thanks so much for a quick reply.
I want to find out how we could put the image (incorporate the image)into the access report, and how to size it to fit the margins if it was saved in the following:
(a) word 2007 document,
(b) pdf format,
(c) jpeg format
and the one that gives best quality of output.
Thanks.
