Access has stopped working when editing a number field in tables

Access2013 stops working when I open any table in design mode, and select any field having the type "Number". I can edit Text, Date or Yes/No fields, but not Number ones.

I tried to compact and repair the database: same problem.

I tried to create a new empty database, and imported all objects of the old one: same problem.

In Control Panel/Programs, I selected Access 2013, clicked on Change then on Repair: same problem.

Note: I have both Access2003 and Access2013 installed on my PC.

Stops working ==> Hangs?

Stops working = crashes...
I stepped back to Access2010 and do not have the problem anymore.
I also got information on another forum about a COM Add-In "Send to Bluetooth" to disactivate, but could not check before going back to 2010 version.
