How to write an expression

I need to add a feild to a query that will compare 2 feilds and enter the word yes in the new feild.
So Feild a is greater than Feild B new feild should say yes. Can someone please help me, I have created a data base from scratch by looking at these threads and know i am stuck.

In the Field row in your query, you can type something like what you see below.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. YourFieldName: IIf([A]>[b],"Yes","")
