Stopwatch in a form showing hhmmss

I need to add a stopwatch (textbox type) - does not need to be fancy, to a form showing hhmmss, start/stop and reset buttons.
Anybody with code for it?

Attached, is a very simple Demo that I put together for you. You should be able to make any changes from this point on.

Thx for stopwatch. it does not reset to Zero when i open it in access 2007. Any suggestions pls?

The original Stopwatch was just some code to point you in the right direction, try this:
