Addendum #2 to Dialog box when specific record has check box checked

37 New Member
I figured it out using a conditional macro. Using a message box to display the message I want when the user clicks on the record with the check box checked, the condition in the macro must equal true.

I created a new macro and set the Action to MsgBox; clicked on the conditions icon to show the conditions column; entered my field in square brackets in the conditions column; and added the macro to my form's On Current properties.

This really should not be a new post, this should be a reply to your original post. I wasted my time replying to the original post.

I am sorry. I read your reply to my original post and responded. After I responded, I worked on my issue some more and figured it out. That is when I posted the new Addendum.
