New Form or New Report

I just finished a database last week and it was all ready to go when my boss said that I now need to make it so that when I click my print function button it prints a report that has ALL the clients information (done) and a "Dispatch Service Ticket" for our drivers. (Since we are a delivery/courier service)

The problem is I can't think of how to make it so that when I go to print the dispatch ticket that it only prints the specific addresses I need for that particular delivery.

Do I make a form that has checkboxes and only shows the addresses that I select for that delivery?

Make a report that somehow only prints the addresses I want printed for that delivery?

P.S. I need the print button to be a "one click done" type of thing because these papers need to be handed to the drivers the second they come in... so I can't be editing or configuring anything when I need to print it. Thanks

Once you have made your report containing all the data, you can then apply a filter to your report when opening it through code (your button).
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. docmd.OpenReport "rep_Dispatch",acviewpreview,,"KEY_Order=" & me.textbox_Key
Now it will only show those records fullfilling the KEY_Order=me.textbox_Key.
