CANNOT RETRIEVE RECORD by EMAIL FIELD

Hello I have a query QProvvisori and a form Provvisorio.
In the form I created a combobox to find a specific record using the email

the combo has the following query:
SELECT Anagrafica.eMail, QProvvisorio.DataPrimoContatto, Anagrafica.CognomeRagioneSociale, Anagrafica.Nome
FROM QProvvisorio INNER JOIN Anagrafica ON QProvvisorio.IdAnagrafica = Anagrafica.IdAnagrafica
WHERE (((Anagrafica.eMail) Is Not Null))
ORDER BY Anagrafica.eMail;

the code is

End Sub

it does not retrieve the record and gives errore in the rs.FindFirst
