Help required

I have created a form with 4 variables. Now I want to perform an operation wherein when i write anything in those fields ( textboxes) it should generate a querry and should show me the multiple results in the form of the report view,,,

You haven't given enough information for us to help you. Remember we can't see your database.

What query, what report, what values in the textboxes corresponding to what fields.

Try rewriting your question with logic rather than trying to use technical terms.
