Command Button called 'select all' or something and code behind that as

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. dim myupdate As String
  2. myupdate="UPDATE tblCustomers SET nameofmycheckboxfield=TRUE;"
  3. DoCmd.SetWarnings False
  4. DoCmd.RunSQL myupdate
  5. DoCmd.SetWarnings True
  6. Me!ListBoxName.Requery
