HELP - end of recordset

I have a database that suddenly started saying...
You Can't go to the specified record
End of recordset

This is under the macro which asks it to open a form, maximize, go to a new record.

When I go to the plain form, which it is based from, it doesn't show any records.

Do I need to re-build completely.

No, here is all you need to do. The vba code below is very simple to implement.:

put the following on the onLoad event of your form

If Me.RecordSetClone.RecordCount = 0 Then
DoCmd.Close
End If

you can even put a msgbox before the docmd.close statement if you like
