Prompt user to provide name for new copied table

25
Every month, a new set of record would be entered into the computer. So there is a requirement for a table template where all the fields are there.

I have already made that template and what i intend to use is to copy the template and rename it according to the month and year.

I used the copyobject function to do this but i do not know how to allow the system to prompt the user for the desired table name.

DoCmd.CopyObject,"'", acTable, "Template"
~This would give a type mismatch error

how should i do this?!?!
Please and thank you ppl!

Invoke an InputBox and save the result to a variable. Use that as the name.
