Mother Of All Problems- Access Question..

21
Hi Every 1
I have a big problem If any 1 can help me....

Here it is

I am working on a access project for customers who have pos (point of sale machines). They do everyday transactions on those machines On the main SQL server. I creat another SQL server then Backup data from main SQL restore on second SQL server so I don't affect everyday opration of main SQL server after 2 months of creating tables, quers, and entering database. The mistack I did is I went a head and creat another back database and restore it in my second SQL server..I LOST ALL MY QUERYS, TABLES AND DATA.. just my forms are avilable.. anyway

To Avoid this problem from happing again.. I am thinking of creating a local copy of my tables, querys and form, and even the database I entered data to.
So when i conect to the Main SQL server (By the way I am using ODBC to conect to the SQL) Just I change IP address.. (I have 6 tables main 1 is the transaction table which i can't change or edit. All others are just information I have to enter to identfy data on the transaction table) but i dont know how to do that?.. If any 1 can help!!!!!!!!

lehab,
should have mentioned that the link has AutoPilot for Back End Administration $129 and FrontEnd Loader (about $200) for FrontEnd Administration. Both can be downloaded for free trial period evaluations.
