Looping through a recordset in Access 2003

1 New Member
Hi everyone,

I'm creating a database for e-mail addresses that we collect at work for newsletters etc

And by sending e-mails form access I'm using BLAT that has a string which includes the parameters i want like this:

Call OBJERRMAIL.EMAILERROR("To","From","Server","Messag e")

As you can see there is placements for which an e-mail form would look like.now what i need is to know how to query the fields within my database and automaticaly input the rellevant ones into the sections in the example above. and loop through my recordset untill all the e-mail addresses and names etc are filled in.

Can Anyone help??

You could probably just use a query to call that function.
