Problem with Report

1 New Member
Hi I have a MS Access 2003 flatfile database

I have a table in it called PNG_TRANSACTION S
This table keeps a record of all the receipts that we issue and the receipts are printed using reports

I have a banking report which gets its data using a query. This particular query
gets information of cash and cheque payments from the table

Expr1: "DRAWER: " & " " & [DRAWER] & " " & "BANK: " & " " & [BANK] & " " & "BRANCH: " & " " & [BRANCH] & " " & "CHEQUE No " & " " & [CHEQUE_NUMBER]

When this outputed in the report it looks like this

DRAWER: Monica BANK ANZ
BRANCH: POM CHEQUE No: 123

I want the output to look like this...

DRAWER: Monica
BANK ANZ
BRANCH: POM
CHEQUE No: 123

Any help on how I can format the Expression to have this output?
