outlook calendar

I am new to Access and want to transfer data to and from outlook calendar
( from access ) I need the date, location, and subject fields does any
versions of outlook and access do this or do I need a add-in any info will
be very useful

From Access, File -Get External Data -Link -File Type = Outlook ->
Select Calender

yes it looks that easy but you just can not get the appointment date with
2003 if you have tried it and it works please tell me your version of office
