Msflxgrd.ocx 6.1.97.82

I am developing an Access 2003 app on XP Pro, I am using Treeviews, FlexGrids etc. etc. (All version 6 Service Pack 6)
These all work no problem on my dev machine, but when I put the app on the users machines everything works OK except for MSFLXGRD.OCX. The users machines are XP Pro, with all OCX's installed and all the correct versions.
I wrote a VB app with the same MSFLXGRD on it. Installed the VB app on the user machines and the MSFLXGRD works fine. I think this must be some kind of Access bug/incompatability problem. Anyone got any ideas.....?

Or your .ocx has been installed correctly can be checked by opening some VBA code and selecting the Tools/References on the trouble machine.
Any checked library with "MISSING" in the name can cause this trouble.
