Open form action was cancelled error-Access 2002

I have a program called SBA Freshstart running on 2 terminal servers (Windows 2003 Server)using Access 2002 runtime. The version of Access i'm using is 2002. One terminal server runs the program fine. The second keeps giving me an error of "The Open Form action was cancelled". I have done everything I know to resolve this. I have re-installed the access runtime it's patched as well. Does anyone have a posssible solution for this?

Are they both opening the same file? That will cause problems, you can have more than one instance of a form open at the same time.

What you need is a copy of the database but both databases link to the same data tables. And each terminal opens their own copy.

I believe they are doing that already. Terminal 2 opens up the application fine. Terminal one does not. I have done a repair, also have updated the access runtime on both. still have same issue.

Try closing down both applications and then open it only on terminal 1. And then open it on terminal 2 and see if the problem comes up again, but on terminal 2.

Edit: A terminal computer, technically, only displays data. The actual computer itself would be somewhere else. If you are truly using terminal computers then you may be using the same front end file. Which means you can't have two instances of the same database/form running at the same time on the same computer. Which would be a problem for terminal computers.
