Access runs report different now that I have change systems why

1 New Member
At work I was give a different computer it has access 2000 which is what my programs are built in. When I print my reports from this new computer the page footer does not show and all of the data is not on the page. It is like all the fonts are larger and overlap on the page. I checked all the options and everything is the same on both computers. I can run the reports from home and on other computers at work which all use access 2000. Any idea what might cause this and how i can fix it.
Thanks very much,

Have you actually compared hard copies of identical reports from your work PC and a PC that it runs correctly on? Are the lines on each the same, or does one or the other have less characters per line? Default fonts in Access are chosen because most PCs have them on board, but occassionally you'll run into a PC that doesn't. If the PC doesn't have a particualr font, it'll make a substition, but the report will still show the list the font desinated by the db. Or the driver on your work PC could be bad.

This sort of issue is often due to the way that Access reports depend on printers.
Check out the default printers on the various PCs.
Check that the report is set to use the default rather than any specific printer.
