Subform connection to main form

Hi everyone,

I have a subform that is a continuous form. It will have mutiple records that connect to a single record in the main form. I have set this up but running tests show only one record for each record in the main form. In the subform table it does show all the records but not in the form itself. I tried this with a datasheet view but get the same thing. I have the Master field set to the ID for the Parent and child field set for the ID for it's table. The Source Object for the subform is set to the subform itself. Anyone have any ideas?

Running Windows Vista w/Access 2007

Thanks

OK what is the record source of the main form and what exactly is the record source of the subform. Give the full sql for the queries or if they are tables then give the full metadata for the table.

Here is an example of how to post table MetaData :
Table Name=tblBookings
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Field; Type; IndexInfo
  2. StudentID; Autonumber; PK
  3. Family; String; FK
  4. Name; String
  5. University; String; FK
  6. Mark; Numeric
  7. LastAttendance; Date/Time

Thanks for the reply McCarthy but looks like I solved this problem on my own. As time goes on I have a greater understanding of vba scripts. Of course the replies to my threads have been a learning experience that have proved invaluable to me. I would like to thank all that have helped me with all my posts!

Not a problem.

Glad you got it sorted.
