Conversion problem 97 to 2003

I converted a database application from Access 97 to 2003. Since
converting it I have been unable to step through the code. I set a
breakpoint and the program runs like there is no breakpoint. I have
checked that the correct references are set (Visual Basic for
Applications, MS Access 11 Object Library, MS DAO 3.6 Object Libray,
MS ActiveX Data Objects 2.5 Library, OLE Automation and an add-in I
use, ADHResize2K, from ADHB 97). I have tried to find and replace all
archaic code (eg. Domenuitem) as the db was originally written in
Access 97, if not an earlier version, but the code will not stop at my
breakpoints. Now in desperation I created a blank db and imported
everything into it and thus far I am not having any problems with
breakpoints. This is about the second time this has happened in a db
conversion for me. I do have a work around currently but I figure
there is something I have missed in the original db that may pop back
up later. I had rather get everything corrected now than later.
Does anybody have any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Thanks,
Alex
