Are you trying to do this from VBA for MS Excell or another application?
Showing us a snippet of your code or what you tried would people understand what your current position is.

There are a few ways to accomplish this, you can simply use VBA to place the data there or place a formula there so it will always proceed as such.

Try this:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Worksheets("Sheet3").Select
  2. if Worksheets("Sheet3").range( A5) = 101 then
  3.  Worksheets("Sheet3").range(A6) = Worksheets("Sheet1").range(A1)
  4. end if
