Hide Captions title on form windows

Hi, hope anyone can help.

Request:
How do I hide the captions tile on a form.

Example:
Access Database Tile : [Form Caption Tile]

Desired Result:
Access Database Tile (only)

So only the access database titile will apear, regardless of the
caption values on each form.

What is the actual form caption in the property sheet? What version of
Access?
I can't see this behaviour on any of mine.

A form has a caption property.
Set the Form's Caption to one space.

Thanks for looking guys, I am using Access 2003. If I set the caption
property to all but a space I get :

Access database tile - []
