Hello There Experts:

I am a newbie when it comes to Access. I want to create a control of my choice that should work the way Calender works.

For instance, I can use the built-in control called calender and write some codes to hide it, make it available when clicked, and fill the textbox with a chosen date, and then re-hide it.

I want to use the same strategy to design my own control. Instead of dates, i am going to have all the possible choices that a user can select from. It can be a list of courses or a list of services or anything. I can use the similar coding to hide, make it available, fill the textbox with the chosen value and then re-hide it.

I am writing here to see if someone has already done something like this. Or if you guys have any better ideas to suggest me while I am still trying to learn Access.

Thanks in advance

Comboboxes can be set to predefined lists.
