Commands for insert delete and update

Hello Ones,
I am doin a small project in C# and MS access, in which i have to do the insert delete and update operations, can anyone tell me the syntax of the above said commands.I am using datasets, dataadapters etc. So which are things we should have to taken care..??
Please help me..
