Looking for a source of templates

I am looking for a source of Access templates. I need to design a database but I don't have the time/expertise to do it from scratch and I don't have the big bucks to pay a programmer. I looked through the templates available on Microsoft's site but the one that comes the closest is event planner.

I run a non-profit organization, I need to track the people, the families, the events that they attend, the types of event, the amount they paid. And I need to be able to say ok which people attended 4 events or more in the past year. or Who are the most active singles under the age of 30 etc.

Any ideas?

Alternatively how can I find a programmer who will design this for me for not too much $.

Sorry, don't have any sites for you, but you might have a look at any class attendence templates you run across. They could probably be modified fairly easily to meet your needs.
