reading an excel file in access

In excel you can import data from an access database.How can you do the same in access?also when data is entered in excel it should reflect in access table.

In excel you can import data from an access database.How can you do the same in access?also when data is entered in excel it should reflect in access table.
You can link an excel file into Access. However, the data won't be fully live. Any changes to the excel file will have to be saved and the database refreshed before they are available in Access.
