Thank you very much.

If you mean keep users from getting at some of the standard items on the
tool bar, create your own menu and tool bars, assign them to the forms,
reports you want using the menu bar and tool bar properties. You can
also use Tools->Startup to indicate a default menu bar for your
application and turn off "allow built in tool bars".

Hi Tim, What I have is sometimes "Form View" (Save, Designer
view/Datasheet view) and "Formatting" (Like font, colour) sometimes
comes in 2 lines. And I don't like that.
They are the toolbars comes with Access 2003, not the tool bars that go
into the forms I created.
Thank you.

move the toolbar(s) to whatever position you want, then right click on the
toolbar and choose Customize from the shortcut menu. on the Toolbars tab in
the dialog, *click on the toolbar you want to lock* to select it (it will be
highlighted, and the checkbox should *stay checked*), and click the
Properties button on the right side. in the Properties box, UNcheck the
"Allow Moving" checkbox and click the Close button.

Thank you Tina,
It worked! Do you happen to know how can I change the font of the code
for my project? I got a new computer and the resolution is very high
(1680x1050) so everything is tiny.
Regards,
Ming

if by "font of the code" you mean the font used in the VB Editor window, do
the following: open any module in your database and, from the menu bar,
click Tools | Options | Editor Format tab. you can change the font type,
font size, and colors from there. AFAIK, the settings are good for any
database you open on that computer, but don't "stick with" the database - if
you open the db on another computer, the settings on the other computer will
be applied.

Thank you Tina. That helped. How fonts and sizes improved my
productivity! I should have been able to find that myself, but I was
not patient enough.
So, thank you again.
