Can't delete child record in access

Hello, I'm working on a database project were I am getting an error
message saying that I can not delete or change a record because the
table includes related records eventhough there is not a relationship
between the two. Any ideas would help!

There probably is a relationship. Go into Tools | Relationships, and click
Relationships | Show All.
