Header Info

Roy
When I do the copyRecordset method via vba to transfer data from access
to excel template,i am unable to read the header info.It's only
transferring data.Any suggestions??

That is correct. If you need additional info you will need to get it from
the recordset object (which could be DAO or ADO). The recordset is made up
of fields each one having properties like Name and Type which allow you to
get at the meta-data, eg:

For each fld in rst.Fields
Debug.Print fld.Name
Next fld
