File Transfer Animation

Thanks for taking the time to read my question.

I would like to make a progress bar for my data import, but I have no
way of telling how long it is going to take, and therefore how to
properly increment the bar.

So, I was wondering if there is a way to get the animation that you see
when you copy files from one folder to another in Windows Explorer (or
something similar) on to my Access 2000 form. It just repeats it self
until the process is done, therefore you don't need to know how long it
is going to take.

I tried using the 'More Controls' button in the 'Tool Box' in Form
Design view, but don't know what most of those things do.

Thanks again for your help,

Brad

Use animation Activex control to play .avi file. Search microsoft for "Animating Microsoft Office Access". You can even use the folder .avi that windows explorer uses.
