Import Paradox database into mdb issue

Hi,
I need to convert Paradox 7 database to any format that user can consume
(xls, mdb...).
I think that I have a Paradox 7 database (files in folder: .db, .px, .x02,
y02 if that is telling you a thing).
Previously I managed to open Px 5 database with MSAccess but not this one.

BTW
Does anybody knows what kind of database has files in folder with extensions
..dat and .ndx.

Don't have any experience with paradox so if I wrote something stupid...
Thnx

On the extensions

..dat is used widely to indicate a data file and .ndx is used widely to
indicate an index file, so your really fishing with those extensions.
