macro, control on form

I am trying to build relationship between my two items on a form. The
first one is PickUp By Name, second one is pickup by memberID. These
two are all created as combo and saved as "find a record on my form
based on the value selected in my combo box". then I built a macro
under event of memberID. what I used in the macro is (1) go to control:
pickup by name(2)find record. What I am expected is the person's name
which matches the memberID. but the computer warned me as "this kind of
find can only be done to bound control" So I changed the Bound property
under pickup by name to bound to name and memberID, and rerun the code.
This time there is no error message, but the pick up by name is blank.
wha't wrong with it?

Thank you
