ODBC API

I don't know how to find a way to connect to access data base using ODBC. I
just want a static library and I know it can be done because I did it on
UNIX and boxes at a company I used to work for. But I also had a hard copy
of the documentation. I have books and admindemo( a sample application), but
I don't want a GUI.. I am trying to connect to a
dsn, so it is different than the ODBC wrapper I wrote some time ago. I don't
like the way admndemo does it because I don't want a GUI. Is the appropriate
news group to ask this question. I couldn't find the ODBC API on my Visual
6.0 Standard addition. The C++ wrapper that I read about don't seem to suit
my needs.

I also forgot how to bind columns. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I looked at these, but they didn't seem to work. I think I can used the
admndemo sample project and just use
(HWND) 0 for the windows handle.
