Shrinking object

This is a weird one. I have a co-worker who, when he imports an object
like a word document, it imports smaller than the original document.
When he tries to enlarge it, the proportions don't maintain. We have
tried changing margins, changing the font size, etc. Nothing works. It
is really weird.

I imported the object just fine and sent it to him. He double clicks to
edit, and BAM! more shrinkage. If he doesn't touch it, not a problem.

I checked Tools/Options, settings are the same. Does anyone have any
ideas what is causing this problem, and how to fix? Working in Access
XP, this happens whether he is working in 2000 format or 2002 format.
Thanks for your help.
