Uninstall Access 2002 Runtime

Can anyone please help?

I have Microsoft Access 2002 Runtime installed on clients computers and
want to uninstall this module. Some of my clients are not computer
literate enough to know how to uninstall using the Control Panel, even
if I send them screen images! Is there a particular way I can uninstall
the program, or even "stop" it from being activated so that when I
install the Access Runtime for 2003 module, this will be activated
instead of 2002?

Thanks
Harris
