Set the form's AllowAdditions property to False and the AllowEdits property
to True. On the form's property sheet, this will be Allow Additions No and
Allow Edits Yes.

Go into a form's design view and open the properties window.
In the list of properties you can set you will find things
like AllowAdditions, AllowEdits, AllowDeletions, AllowFilters,
etc. Hit F1 with the cursor on a property and read all about it.
