Tomislav,
If we did it would not be free. Car sales as a business process is
functionally similar to any retail organization. You could use any
reference database schema for a retail sales organization as a starting
point. The rest is not trivial but it's been done by many and you should
have no trouble finding products around that are similar to what you want
that will give you a good starting point.
