If the folder is read only, then the ldb cannot be created and access wants
to lock it exclusively.
Therefor, you(having full permission should open the mydb.MDB, copy and
rename the ldb file to copy of mydb.ldb
Exit the mdb. rename the ldb to mydb.ldb
Therefor, users can now open the mdb and use it in read only mode but not
lock the mdb exclusively.
