Refresh new records in form view

I'm running an Access database over a network but when one user
creates a new record in form view then move on an creates a second
record etc none of the other user that have the same form open can see
the new records.

With the exception of getting users to open and close their forms to
refresh their system what can do to stop this.

Thanks

Bill

Generally, just add a button to the form with code behind the Click event that
executes Me.Requery.
